Replace the front of a fiat panda

Hi, I'm new here.
Can anybody tell how much time it takes to replace "the front", this means built out the lamps, the bumper and what is necessary, replace the "front" who holds this all, and built everything in again.

1985/1995
2003/2011
2012/2022

Corrosion ( rust) would make any work 3x as difficult..
A 5 hour job becomes a 3 day job !!
