Tuning Replace original radio with a Android device, any advice?

My old Panda has a standard radio like this:

I'm thinking upgrade it for a new one with bluetooth, may be Carplay, etc. I've seem some devices at Aliexpress that seems good choices but really don't know if they're going to be plug&play or if I'll need some adapters, for example:

Does anyone have one of this devices on their car?

I've tried to find a model like that, it seems very similar to the original but no luck

Finally I've installed one for Alixp, cheap and with wireless Carplay and all the Android stuff. Also came with backup camera but no time to install it by now.

From this with the old Parrot installed:

Not very difficult to install, I've modified some brackets that doesn't fit "as is" but it has been easy, recommended upgrade.

Did you have to modify the wiring so it switches off with the ignition switch
