renault ignition. help

hello all. was thinking how can i take the Key Card ignition out of the new lagunas and stick it in my brava?? i want the card slots and button in my ash tray so i can hide it away, but can it be done? is it as simple as cutting the wires and running them down to the new part.

Its simply not in any way possible. The fiat code immobilisier is so integrated into the cars electronics and the same will be true of the renault card thingy. You'd need to wire together the fiat and frog ECUs and thats just for starters.
