exactly as it says on the tin, i have taken out the 2 10mm bolts but it still doesnt come out the car i can shift it forwards and back but not up.. any tips?

You need to take the bumper off! the headlight has a groove of some-sort into which the bumper clips in; even if you can unscrew the bottom bracket, you will still not be able to extract the headlight without removing the bumper.
Taking the bumper off is not as difficult as it may seem, but in order to take it off you also need to take off the wheel arch liners because you also have one screw on each side that holds the bumper on the wind/fender ( you can take them off without taking the wheels off).

Same problem here... How can i take the bumper off . Bold text above is one that i understand but i dont see what next?

If you want to take the back lights out there is NO need to take off the back bumper!!!!
You only need to take out a few 10mm screws and then it's held in place with some ball-end screws that are pressure fitted into the light assembly. You just pry it away from the body making sure not to damage the paint.
