Hi everyone, long time since of been on a car forum it was a daily over 10 years ago.
Anyway, I have a 500 Twin Air and I need to remove the passenger seat to scrub dog vomit out of the carpet that is under the runners. I have safely removed the airbag and pre-tensioner plugs and the front blots. When it came to the rear the outside one came out fine, but the inside one seemed to have a nut underneath, i didn't want to loosen all the way. I reached underneath to see if I can touch it but the exhaust heat shield seems to be in the way.
Does anyone know if this nut is captive or not, also is it as bad has having to remove the heat shield to access?
Thanks is advance.
Andy
