I have recently bought a mk1 panda with the hammock rear seats and I am wondering it there is an easy way to take them out?

It is just with the seat-belts, they don't seem to be able to fit through the seat. How do you remove them?I may be missing something in your question, but the mk1 hammock seats couldn't be easier to take out. You remove the 2 poles from their mountings and take the whole lot out - there is a little tether on the boot floor too (on mine) which you unhook to release the material on the seat base. It is explained in the owner's handbook too. ?![]()
Well done on getting a mk1! They are pretty raredo you have any pictures?

Quick reply (as I'm about to go out): but the central seatbelts on a 750L are a pain in the nether regions (and I don't mean Holland) to thread through -- and you are liable to lose quite a lot of skin from your hands trying. I find -- as with so many of these things -- that a coat-hanger helps.
If you're still stuck, later -- and you do have a 750L, or similar -- let me know: I have one parked outside (just next to the Punto I'm about to disappear in...).![]()
Yea that it is indeed. Thanks I had thought that it was a mk2 but was told otherwise. Yea it is a 1992 750 L thank you for all as no doubt I will have a few more questionsCouldn't see it, but are these your photos of it?

It's a mk2 if so, and a late one by the look of it - 1992/1993? The mk1 had the corrugated sides, and (often) a metal grille amongst other things.
I guess yours is a 750L or similar, as these carried on with the mk1 hammock type seats. If there are any changes with the seats, Jon Most Easterly Pandas is most likely to have one sat on his drive to check for you.![]()
Yea it is a 750 L bit of a change from my last 998 ST!
