Ok, So my flashpoint alarm is dead. Its an immobaliser aswel so my poor car wont start, i dont know how to find out wht model it is. I`m an electronics engineer so i know wht im doing with electronics, i just dont know where to start or even if it can be removed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If its a thatcham immobiliser then you would have to carefully traceback all the wiring as they will al be black wires.It will probably be immoilised va '2 cuts' most likely starter & fuel.......I hate engine management wires being used to immobilise a car but it is commonplace amoung alot of fitters.
Simple way to tell.....does it crank over? can you hear fuel pump prime?
