Remote locking not working

Hi,
Key fob remote will not work although light on key still lights up also alarm LED is still active whilst driving! Any ideas?

Has the alarm and locking worked in the past or have you just bought it like this?

Central locking was working then became intermitant over the week and now will not work at all, where is the senser on the car and could that not be working?

relay for central locking is behind the glovobox. the green one i think. the black is for el. windows.
