Technical Remote control failure

Hi everybody.
I'm from Hungary and I'm a proud owner of a new Bravo T-jet 120Hp since March.
In our country we have a problem, sometimes it is not possible to close the cars by remote control. Unfortunately it happens with all of Us. :bang:
Our dealers say that this problem is existing only in Hungary, they have already notified the FIAT. The answer was that they haven't received any complain about this from any other country.
My question is, that is this remote control failure exist in Your country?

Not seen it from any of our UK owners.

Thanks for answers. Unfortunately it seems, this failure appears just in our country. Nowdays the new cars arrive with new remote control, same that the fiat 500 has and they don't have problem. It seems, that the Fiat couldn't solve this, just by a new system installation.
