I'm heading back to 17" alloys but am wondering what the actual difference is between a reinforced and a non reinforced tyre?

As far as im aware, it means they handle better if you have a blowout.
The reinforced sidewall will mean they are stiffer and less comfy, so on 17's on a bravo its not gonna be a nice ride
