General Regata 85S with aircon?

Hi guys I know the 85S Regata never came with aircon. It didnt in Australia anyhow. Did any Regata version get airconditioning in them and has anyone got pics of this that they can email to me? Whats involved in installing it? Is it a major job?:chin: What countries did get the airconditioning in the Regata.:idea:

Hi, i can aswer two of your questions.

Yes, it's a mayor work to put aircon in a car.
and, here in Argentina Regatta came with aircon installed.

Regata's were available in Aust with aircon, but it was a locally fitted system, not a factory system. From what I have heard from those who used to sell them new the car was a real pain to fit aircon to. We did without it in our 100S.

Thanks Troy. Good to see a Perth bloke on here. Shame about the aircon in the Regata I guess Ill just have to work out how the colling and heating system works better.

The cooling is only going to be as good as the temperature of the outside air.
