With help from this site I’m rebuilding the gearbox in my 2014 Promaster (Ducato) I’ve started reassembling but it appears second gear does not move\rotate and the synchronizer sleeve doesn’t even slide over to that side if the ring.
I’m 90% sure it’s assembled correctly, my main question is, is this gear fixed on the shaft or does it freely rotate .
