Has any one seen a 5 door wit a rear spoiler?

Im thinking about one but I dont want to make it look like soemthing its not.

Something subtle etc.

Do the standard ones fit or are they strickly for the 3 door.

I know the 3 door lends itself a lot better to body styling but Im thinking that a small rear spoiler might finish off my black 5 door nicely as im putting claws on it.

Any thoughts?
Anyone know of any pics anywhere?

Cheers
Jonathan

I too am thinking about getting a rear-spoiler for mine, but won't be until next year at the earliest - depends if I get any other kit with it, so would want to mitigate any painting costs.

There was a pic of one on a car in the Brio catalogue, not sure of edition. I think that the 5 door spoiler MAY be different to the 3 door one; have a look on ePer for the FIAT model.

And get it lowered too Roadsterchinsk.. that more than anything else IMO.
Getting mine done next week once the parts are in. But its not just for the looks, It will make the car easier to get in for the kids as the side skirts are quite wide and they find it hard to get in without catching their feet on them.

PS: Forget spoiler, etc, you five door lads are Mini MPV drivers, accept it!
At least my mini-mpv goes, albeit a bit slower round corners.....

And my maxi-mpv has quite a bit of oomph as well :D - cheers Nige ;)

Stu...................................

goes or doesn't go.............................the three door is all about looking cool and low riding, going fast won't get you seen!

Slick, like moi, you know what I'm saying!

You need a 2.4 block in your Mini-MPV, so that you can drive quickly past people, wouldn't want to be seen in that thing would you ???

Simple solution - chop their feet off ;)

I think Mr DIY-TC can do it at a price, plus you get a free sticker.......
Thought about that too.. but the stubs will be more damaging to the car than shoes I would imagine. ;)

Gotta say I agree with Twincamms, the only mod you can make to a 5 door to improve it's looks would be removing two of the doors, although I think if I owned one my first investment would be a car cover or maybe a cloaking device.

Tuh-tuh................................

sorry, that's me spitting, bloody SEAT ??? Stu, you're on the FIAT Forum, I know it sounds the same, but they are very different, tuh, tuh, sorry, can't help spitting when SEAT is mentioned!

Re: Tuh-tuh................................

Lol, TC - I wouldn't have bought one, honest!!

But then again, some people hate the 5-door with a passion, even though it is FIAT :)

Stu..........................................

you've got me all wrong, I hate ALL five door cars, sorry, just personal taste, I think three door cars look nicer, longer doors, sportier, etc, etc, I guess I'm still a Boy Racer at heart, I'm keeping the Family Man locked well away!

Surely Not ALL 5 door cars TC..

If you love italian cars.. theres no way in this world you could say you don't like the Lancia Delta Integrale ?

I used to.................................

own one of those, a 1989 HF Turbo, mind you that was in 1990, I was only 18 and I wanted it soooooo much to be an Integrale! My mate who's Dad was a restauranteur and millionaire had an Integrale at 18, my white car never did look good beside his red beast!

It wasn't just a dig at you, lol ;)

I am not disputing the fact that 5 doors are or aren't better than 3 doors, and you are right on all counts in general. However, having mainly driven 5 door cars since the age of 17 [Peugeot 205/Renault Clio/Ford Mondeo, with only a Vitara soft-top to break the mould], I still go for them on a practicality basis - sad, I know.

The family man in me went for the Ulysse, but Jules does get tax relief on it :D , so not too bad. The Stilo was a second-car comprimise, and I am still loving it, which is the main thing for any car-owner :) - one persons hatred is another persons love.
