Technical Rear hub

Hi there, i have just changed the nearside rear wheel bearing. The old one has an integrated reluctor for ABS sensing. The new one has a magnetic rubber ring. ABS light is now on. Do I need to change the sensor? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks Grant

Sorry can't help with the sensor.
Have you checked the part number? I'd question the seller if it needs a mod.
Others more knowing maybe along when sun goes down. .

Both hubs in your photo look like magnetic segment type.

Did the abs light come on as soon as ignition was turned on and not go off ? Or come on after vehicle driven?

I'd suspect the ring are you sure it's a direct replacement/fit ?

Ideally use scan tool to read wheel speeds when moving and see if all similar/ which one not working.

Was the brown magnetic hub ring damaged when fitting? Or the abs sensor?
Did you disconnect /reconnect abs sensor while replacing hub?
