I'm really sorry that I'm posting much threads in this forum, but I'm in a hurry to get the parts I need before 15 December, I was wondering how much the front bumper (96' model, I think you call it mk1) should cost, I'm looking in ebay.de, what price should I target?
Another thing I found these floor carpet in ebay.de, is it expensive or is it ok? are these a new original ones, or newly made?

Another question I have for the radio frame, if I buy one from ebay.de will it work with every CD player!?

Hi Ali. Originally, the Barchetta came without any carpets. Just the moulded floor. The ones you have found look good though. The bumper is available as a new, replacement part and should be around £200 plus postage. I have no idea about the shipping costs to Syria but it wont be cheap. I assume you dont have a bumper? If you do, and it is damaged, it may be worth repairing.

The radio fascia is just to fill in the gap between your modern radio and the dashboard. It can be used with any, standard fit radio/CD player.

Do not be concerned about the number of posts you are making. This is what the forum is for and, personally, I think it's great that someone is trying to get another car back on the road, particularly in your location.

Best wishes

Steve

Hi Ali. I would agree with bumble on the radio suround. It should fit all standard 1 bay radios.

Although the bumper may cost a little more... and shipping / import duty is a killer !!! Yikes!! Because of the size the shipping costs to here were more than the cost of the bumper !!

They are repairable... or maybe contact a fibreglass specialist where yu are and they will make you one to your liking.... I almost went with this option.... And it would have worked out much cheaper...!!

As bumble suguested try to fix your old one.....

Floor carpets I would have thought you could have them made locally very cheaply..... In my opinnion it's not worth the expense of getting them shipped over.. But I guess it's what is important to you.....

I guess if you want to loose weight then ditch the heavy plastic and get a local firm to make up a nice new carpet interiour.
