Technical Radius arm shims

Hi Peeps

Does anybody know how many shims go behind the radius arm bushes. I managed to get some new ones from Fiat so I have a selection of 5mm and 2.5mm ones.

Could someone do a count up and give me a rough idea.

these set the caster - so you need more than a rough idea !

my fiat tech data book gives caster for 769 and 1000 as 2deg30min =5mm
1000 [4x4] 3deg30min =2.5mm

ie each deg of caster =2.5mm

sorry don't have tech book for any other models

It's the round section bar attached to the main swing arm which connects to the bottom of the hub carrier via a ball joint

It provides tension and castor angle to the strut
