radio problem

I have a Ducato van on a 13 plate. my radio has stopped working. no code error is coming up just static. I have changed the airial but not the lead from the roof to the unit. The cd works. Any one else had this problem?

Only just noticed your question. I don't recognise your problem. My Ducato (2013/2014) does have very bad radio bad reception though. Not sure if this is 'the norm' or if I can get it to work better. Wondering if you solved your issue.
