Technical Radio/Multi-Media Updating?

Hi All, Just back from our first trip away this year in our Fiat Ducato based motorhome, on the way back after a short stop at the services when we turned the ignition back on this is what we saw on the radio, not sure why it has done this, and not sure what it is updating, it also says do not remove USB, we dont have as USB connected, can anyone help?

Could it be GPS updating? Anything in the owners manual?
