RADIO CODE HELP!!!!!!!

HI, IVE JUST BOUGHT A BRAVO BUT WHENEVER I TRY TO SWITCH THE RADIO ON ALL I GET IS THE SAFE MESSAGE.

IVE GOT THE CODE BUT CANT PUT IT IN UNTIL THE SAFE MESSAGE DISAPPEARS WHICH ITS NOT DOING.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS??
AND HOW CAN I GET RID OF THE SAFE MESSAGE??

You have to wait

until the message changes. The system is protected so that each time a wrong code is put in; it needs longer and longer to put up the code entry screen.
Be careful. You need to have the power constantantly on or it will register it as a failed attempt. Then you are stuck!
