General Radio/Cassette Player - Brava

I was wondering how easy it is to change the original radio/cassette player in my brava for a new radio/cd player?

Never done anything like that before so am not sure of how it would come out and how new one fits in etc

it's very easy. There are clips on either side of the radio. You need to slide something flat like a butter knife between the radio and the dash and you should be able to feel them.

Once out, you can put any headunit in but to tidy it up you might want to get a fascia from ebay as the original radio will leave a big hole! Something like this ebay.ie

1. remove original using removal keys (or butter knives)

2. fit adapter to dashboard

3. fit new stereo, making sure you swap the ignition andpermenent live wires. that is the red and yellow wires usually, there are bullet connectors on the wiring harness so you can do this easily.
