Depends on how it's set,but it is possible, and theres a timer as well.
Have you got the manual for it? if not go to the download section and download the manual, there are loads of other cool stuff in the radio menu as well graphic equalizer for example.

With the ignition on (or whilst waiting interminably at traffic lights..) press the Menu button by the radio.
Scroll through until you find one that says Radio Off: 00 mins. Make it read exactly like that that.
Next time you switch off the ign. it will go off, then come on as you fire up the time after that The annoyance with this particular Fiat bright idea is that when you stop for lunch or to fill in your paying in book and switch off the car, the radio dies too even though Jeremy Vine is (for once) talking about something interesting so you have to press the power button to keep it going. It will then expire after 20 minutes (if that's set and unless you press power to switch off once you are going to leave the car) and I think it doesn't come on again when you fire up next time though if you switch on when you start the car, it will revert to coming on and off with the ignition.
