Technical Radiator Fan

Hi, have a Grande Punto T-Jet and i have a problem with my radiator fan. it will intermitantly turn on and off whether it be hot or cold. Advice please.

Have you got the air con switched on?

Temp sensor or relay problem ?

my temp sensor works fine, so i can rule that out, how will i know if its the relay? continuity check or something? And if so, where is the relay for the fan?

use MutitECUScan,
then you can test BOTH fan speeds from the drivers seat..,


not sure - but it may use a different signal to the Temp gauge,
