I just emailed and asked them to book me in on the earliest Saturday they could do, which was 2 weeks later I think. They emailed back and let me know who would be coming to do the remap and what time they would be coming. And he turned up 1/2 hour early but apologised for being late lol. Check this post for a description of what the procedure is like
