Quick Access Query

Hi All,

Just after a quick solution please.

So far I have this query that displays all products that are under minimum stock level. The end field displays the cost to order ten of the items that are under stocked e.g:



Does anybody know how I can have another field on the end which displays a cumulative total of the 'cost to order ten'?

it seems simple, but can't put my finger on it.

any help is appreciated

So you want to basically sum the "Cost to order ten" column to get one price?

Yeah basically. Instead of doing it in the query, i did it in the final report, made life much easier. Access didn't seem to like doing =sum(fieldname) within a query.

Yeah, I was going to say I've tried to find the same thing for hours before within a query with no luck, easily done in a form or report though
