Technical qubo window

when I send the window down on my qubo the glass tips forward and I cant get it back up I have to tip the glass back and then it will go up
when it tips forward there is a hole in the glass at the top rear is there something missing from this to stop the glass tipping forward

Sounds like a broken guide base/reguator.........may have just popped out, guess its have a look see time.............
