General Qubo dialogic problem

Hi I have a question.
My qubo has a major gearbox issue and the box is scrap.
How much work would it be to convert it to a manual gearbox ?. Would it be easier to buy a damaged car and swap all the bits over ?

Hi, It is a manual gearbox which you have, the 'Automatic' part is the mechanism which operates the gear change, doing away with the clutch pedal. Is it the gearbox itself, or the gear change/selection which is faulty...........

Hi, the situation is that I know of a 59 plate qubo 1.3 diesel semi automatic that has been standing for years. All the automatic selector system is missing and looking on eBay it's £650 to buy second hand.
I could buy this stuff then find the box is knackered.
The car is cheap enough to buy and then buy a knackered manual van and swap all the bits over.
I'm wondering what sort of problems I may encounter.

New wiring loom new Instrument cluster new body computer and engine ECU new pedal box gear shift mechanism and cables and sensor's for clutch pedal and gearstick position

New master cylinder for clutch and the pipework to the slave


And that just what I can think of from the top of my head
