arrr FFS my zaust blew off a few weeks ago i belive i mentioned it ... my rage 1! and i took it to the garage n they said A! we never use flexi pipe to put exzaust on summit always goes wrong!

so today i booked it into same garage thinkin they were gonna weld a stainless steel piece from the center to the backbox BUT NO! FFS FLEXI PIPE!
i didnt check at the garage just totaly sliped my mind got home looked under n went absoulutly nuts! and theyve position'd it wrong! it sticks out too far and on a 4" rage box u dont wanna see all the tip u wanna see about half of it ... OMG they didnt even use the rite size flexi pipe n they stuck it inside the backbox when its ment to be over the top cause of the baffles!

arr cant belive it looked wicked before now its toss! anyone could come n rip it clean off with a good tug cause they have hung it wrong! not sure weather to go back n kick um in the teeth or get my dad to go mental cause he's gonna be pissed when he see's it!

time to get the platinum card back down n buy a Cat back system! gutted

They may have well admitted liability in the fact they said that flexi tube was pants and then they used it anyway.

If they agree to work on your car they are not allowed to lie about the qaullity of thier work - that would mean you would have agreed to pay for work which was not up to the standards discussed - there are laws on that sort of thing.

Take it abck and dont get stressy - otherwise they sound like cowboys and will probably **** it up on purpose.

Just point out the dfact they lied and state you want it fixed at no extra cost - they should not have a leg to stand on!
