Hi, my 1995 Punto 1.1l is difficult to start when about half warm.
When the engine is cold or hot, it starts very good.
I have replaced engine coolant sensor, Coils, ignition wires, plugs, O2 sensor and TDC sensor.
Why does it not start when half warm?

thanks Juha

You seem to have covered most things, the MAP sensor and ecu are all that is left.
Assuming that it idled over ok when 1/2 warm it then should start again ok.
Make sure that you are not pushing throttle down and ruining the mixture ie start with no throttle.
You can do a few tests to determine where problem might be. After attempting to start pull of the injector air input and check for wet fuel sitting around butterfly, does it pump thro ok when you try and start?. My guess is that the fuel ratio is wrong, though its worth checking if sparks are there.
Does it idle and run smoothly when hot?. 1 notch out on the cambelt can alter things a lot, 3 notches out and it will still run.

Idle is very good in gold and hot engine.
Some more information:
When it doesn't start, I turn the ignition key off and try again, it starts ok.
Wierd problem. Could it be ignition switch?
