Technical 1995 Punto 75 elx 1.2 8v Horn problems

Hello everyone! First post here. Recently got a 1995 75 elx 1.2 8v and im tidying it up. One of its remaining problems is the horn not working. Relay is clicking when pressing the horn, and when shorting horn cables, so its getting 12v and the relay is good, now its a problem of the horn. It has an alarm module too, but jank disconnected wiring i still have to fix up. Talking to the old owner it was disconnected because it doesnt have the remote for the alarm so they just disabled it. Now i can't seem to find the horn. Can someone tell me wheres the horn? Anyone helping would be appreciated! (Sorry if my english isn't perfect im from Hungary) Cheers!

Hi , the horn is mounted on the lower edge of the front wing behind the bumper, there might be an inspection panel in the inner arch liner depending on model

Thanks for the reply. So it's an aftermarket unit then. But my factory window has a fiat alarm sticker i think i'll check it some time later. Weird things in this car for sure

Thank you very much for the help! Much appreciated! Is the inspection panel straight to the horn maybe? I took apart everything now and starting to think it was taken out the car but will still have a look

That’s how it reads in the Haynes manual, maybe on the other side if it’s left hand drive

This is where the horn is on my Punto mk2, under there where I marked it. Yours should be about the same.
And that is the alarm siren.

And I gotta say, my horn stopped working too, some years back. And it was because of oxidized contacts on the horn's end, the plugs shown in pictures. Cleaned those and it worked fine, but just for a short period of time. Cleaned them again and I put some grease onto them, inside the plug. And it's working fine ever since. That was maybe more than 5 years ago, can't remember exactly when.
