Technical punto slam panel bit.

on a punto, the panel that goes across under the slam panel ive shown. i need to know if this is just bolt on or if it is welded on. and what the cost is going to be for one.

alrite i know this may not be of relevance but it might not need to be replaced...
mine was bent in following a head on collision (not my fault!!!!!!!!!) and i just took the bumper off, put a chain round it, attached to something sturdy and reversed till it pulled out straight. good as new.
