Technical punto running poor

p.s if it worked its a mk2 1.2 8v fiat punto without cam sensor

If your looking, it may be the tappets. To me tho, it sounds too loud for that, you might be looking at bottom end bearings.

Have you changed anything/ done any work on the car prior to this happening? has it been a sound thats gradually worsened or did it just suddenly start making the noise?

yh it had nes wpark plugs new belt new tensioner new ht leads new exhaust valve as i melted one and oil cahnge i dropped the piston and found a siezed piston ring.

yh i reshimmed the lot as they were all out tht vid is after all this work so i can only assume theres top end damage letting oil in and the piston ring seized due to the burnt valve shattering and bits wedged down the size of the piston and rubbed.
