Styling Punto Mk2a/b Leather Steering Wheel

Hi,
First question: Is the leather real or not?
Second question: The color of the leather is the same, or there are different colors, ones more dark and other more light? I think, mk2a are darker than mk2b.

Are you sure? On eper are diferent codes, so I think that corresponds to different colours (dark grey, black).

well i have a mk2b active sport and a mk2 sporting here i can't see any difference

I have a Mk2/b and the wheel is pure black leather (came off a crashed mk2b sporting).
As far as I can see, the only difference between the mk2a and mk2b is the badge in the middle of the airbag.

But the mk2b leather is dark grey and the mk2a is black? Or mk2a/b are all the same colour?

i think the grayish colour you are refering to are the standerd none sporting wheels both same on mk2 mk2b.
the only leather ones are the sporting (full black leather with chrome ring in middle.
abath wheel is also black leather with blue on the arms and also the silver ring in the middle (i think) lol

but both leather ones are real leather yes
