Punto (Mk2/2b) Punto MK2

I have a fiat punt Mk2. When i turn of the engine and remove the keys from the ignition some symbols light up even without the key like the oil change,open door etc. But when im driving none of them are lit on. What is wrong?

Dashboard computer is crashing on shutdown
Not to worry

It'll either stop eventually

Or you can force it to shut down but disconnecting the battery overnight
