Styling Punto MK1 Smooth Side.

i have followed the punto mk2 side strip removal on the guides but there are big black rubber marks 4 of which i cannot seem to remove ive tried WD40 and let that soak in for 10mins and still wont budge. The passenger side come off no problems without this problem and i dont think the passenger side had these big blobs of plasic on so im assuming thats why it was easyer.

if you try boiling water it amy help relax the glue and may become easier to come off. use a piece of fish wire or a credit/debit card instead of anything sharp that may scratch the paint.

then jus t-cut for your life lol

that isnt the original bond, probably going to need a toffee wheel to get that off, go carefull though or it will take paint off

I have tried the boiling water and even had the hairdryer on it for a good 15 mins and still will not budge

I think i will have to use that tool that dave said the " Toffee Wheel " people have said they are a really good help for the problems im having.
