General Punto mk1 rear drums

Hi guys,

Just had my brakes uprated to the GT calipers and disks, amazing difference. Do i need to do anything to the rear drums?

Not to clued up on this.
Any help is apreciated.

not worth the hassle

It's about 4 big-ass bolts and some handbrake cables
The difference is disks stop better than drums ANYDAY and if for example you did an engine transplant for a more powerful lump it'd be necessary.
All you actually need is the entire rear beam off a GT and some brake pipes and handbrake cables.
Take a look on Puntosports...a lot there have done it.

lol, i saw the dust from the bigger brakes today, damn thats alot. Straight to get my car washed....
