looks like a trip to fiat dealer is needed i not sure if they can help though, if you already had one you could get one from alarm shop but they need one to programe another, so if you can get one off fiat go get another cheep one made from alarm shop, in the meen time i think you can open doors by putting key in and turning it

Got to your FIAT dealer armed with your V5 for chassis number and passport/ other ID.
They can then order you a new remote key and a CODE card- this is very important- then book your car in at service to have the new key coded in this will also make the remote work.
