General Punto 75 mpi??

Hi there, I am looking at a possible engine conversion for my seicento, but need to know,whether all punto 75's had the 1242mpi engine. I know they upgraded the 75's at one point i think about 97 and I know after this time they were multi point fuel injection, but were all punto 75's even those from the launch in 1994 mpi rather than spi. Any thoughts would be most appreciated. J.R
