Will A punto 75 Cam fit straight into a conque 1108 head? Ive heard its got a hotter profile but not sure if it'll fit. Cheers guys

Straight fit. But you must check the valve clearances and re-shim if necessary, as they're different.
I'm looking to do this to mine too, is it or can it be pricey to do it? And how much of a positive effects would this have? 
It's a lumpier cam, so better top end, no real effect on bottom end.
If DIY, the only real costs (other than the cam -- prob from a scrappy) are shims and a rocker cover gasket, and the chances are you won't have to change all the shims (about £2.50 each).

If you're really lucky you won't have to buy new ones at all - you'll be able to play 'musical shims' and swap a few about.
Cheers - If its just top end I'm not too bothered, I'm after all round really. So in a word is it worth doing?

Forgot -- it makes sense to change the cam oil seal and O ring while you're in there.
See when changeing the cam? Does the time belt need to come off ??

Sort of. Doesn't need to come off the bottom pulley, but slacken the tensioner, take it off top pulley, etc.
IS it a pain to put back on afterwards ???
