General punto 1997 1.2 sx road handling

is there any way i can make my punto 1.2 1997 sx handle the road better.. i feel that it doesnt take corners very well.. can better tyres help or do i need thicker tyres??? or is that anything else that can help??

in order of how small your budget is

check tyre pressures are good (cheap, if not free)

-35mm lowering/strut brace (£100+)

new, better brand tyres (£ depends on tyre choice)

in short, there are plenty of ways to get it to hold the road better and reduce roll, but you gotta be prepared to spend the cash.
