Hi all, new to this forum, I have had my R Reg (1997) Fiat Punto 1.2 SX 60 for just over a week, everything was going well until something snapped whilst I was driving (Think it was the wishbone on the front passenger side wheel) causing my steering to become useless, which in turn made me carry on into the kerb, completely finishing off the wishbone, bending my anti roll bars, oh and completely cracking one of my alloy wheels :(

I have been to the local scrapyard and I am getting a replacement wishbone and anti roll bars off a slightly newer punto (an X Reg 1999/2000 I think) and I need to replace my alloy wheel with one identical.

Although when looking at the wheel from the outside you can't see the damage, when removing the wheel you can see its completely cracked from the other side.
My question is, what size PCD and clearance or whatever do I need for my car to replace the wheel? I've been to the BK racing website for a replacement wheel but they only do 100mm PCD wheels (I know I can get "wobbly nuts" to make it fit) and I'm not sure what clearance I would need (Is that the "ET" rating?) or is there a way of finding that out from the wheel? The model wheel I want is the "BK300" and the tyres already on my car are 195/45R 15 78V

Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Fit a cheap steel wheel until you can source a suitable alloy.

Also get the chassis checked for straightness at a proper body shop. Kerb impacts like that can bend the suspension mounts.

got the bits I need, got quik fit to change the tyre off my old alloy to an identical new one, got the wishbone from another mk1 and my grandad got me the anti roll bar, not sure if he got it off a mk1 or a mk2 though, from what I've been told by the breakdown guy who came to get me, all I need to change is my snapped wishbone, bent roll bar and obviously a new wheel.

So where should I take it to get the suspension looked at?
