Technical Pulleys not aligning

Putting this engine back together I’ve obviously made a roomy mistake but cannot put my finger on it. The dynamo pulley sits about an inch further out then the crankshaft pulley. What have I missed please

Take the Dynamo pulley off and turn it around then see how it lines up

I took the pulley apart and the front and back halves were the wrong way round. Thank you for your help, sometimes the most obvious things are right in front of us. They alignment is so much better but isnt perfect with the dynamo pulley a few mm further out than the crank pulley but is that normal?

Have you by any chance got a mix of 500 and 126 parts?
