PS3 Error 80710723

Trying to update GT5 to 2.0 but i get the error code "80710723" after it reaches around 40%

PS3 website had this to say:

In short the internet that i'm using will not let me download this because of the software type and it's size

So i might have to take my ps3 into uni and try downloading the update there

hmm if you are getting it i guess your with BT..

isnt BT big on not letting you download large files cos of piracy?
i read it online some place a while back. apparently they cap it so you cant download suspected games/ game files.

Not with BT, we're with Virgin Media.
I've gone with a direct wired connection and the download finished in 20 minsAhhhh

So my guess it that the router was timing the connection out or something?

My guess is as good as anyone's coz Virgin Media are ****!
