PS2 and Screen

Hi all

Just wonderering how, and what i would need to wire up a PS2 in my car...i have a mini PS2 for xmas and think it would look nice in the car...just dont have the faintest on how to do it

any help always appreciated

Its very easy to do a ps2.

If u go to "GAME" they have the whole kit to do it, but if u dont want to, u need an inverter, a screen and some extension cables.

Beware, the new slimline PS2 has no fan and gets very hot !

yeah at Game we do the screen designed to clip directly to the slim PS2 for 99.99 and an inverter with a mouled ps2 power cable and a port for the screen cable for 29.99

What are these kits like, ie screen quality etc....

do i need to wire the PS2 through my amp also ??

I have an xbox in my car and its very esy to wire up! all you need is a power cable from the boot (if you have an amp) and then abit of very straight forward wiring and your done!

I have a planed instal for my xbox and it doesnt look like its going to work! so i need to get a PS2 now, but not the mini one, the one with a motorised tray!

ANYONE selling an old PS2?

@ dan, I get just enough

@ kev, the inverter we sell has outputs for power and screen, as well as inputs/outputs for audio. TBH if your HU has an aux in the standard PS2 composite cable will plug straight into it, maplins sell extenders for these too.

As cheap as poss! doesnt matter is its second hand or pre owned etc... as long as it works....

Been told that the Xbox is by far the better console but i just dont have the room!

I would be interested in a swap maybe, xbox of PS2!!!
