Technical problems with ideling 1.6 petrol

three problems

1 if i have been engine braking, the engine dont start at once i press the pedal. there is a point at the very beginning of pressing the pedal where the engine dont start, and when i get past that it starts and the result is a kangeroo jump, not that smooth..
my guess is the throttle housing potensiometer, can that be cleaned in some way? or can ther be some other problems?
The problem have been ther for a while and last i checked the OBD no fault was found.

2, now when it have been hot another problem have occured, high ideling! sometimes when i press down the clutch it revs up to i guess 2-3000rpm.
and sometimes its like i got cruise controle it runs for it selfe. it goes away if i turn off the engine or sometimes if i use the brakes and force it down, any guess?
maybe throttle pot again?

3 after start, no ideling at all

Maybe ground problems? is there some in the engine compartment that can cause trouble?
dissconnect battery for a minute or two to reboot?
dissassemby of the throttle housing?

Vacuum problem? both brakes and engine use it.

i think i found it, the ideling controle valve thats fitted in/on the throttle housing seems to get stuck sometimes. im not shure i can be removed.
but i jerked it around and sprayed some lubricant on it and it worked perfect for a couple of days but not this morning...

idle control valves can get coked up inside, remove clean with carb cleaner then spray a little wd in it and it should be allright but some have more success than others.

Can the valve itselfe be removed? i did not try it i removed the whole throttle housing, because the valve seemed to be pressfit to the housing.

And i did not want to breake anything. any one who knows how to remove it without breaking it?
