Technical problems with boot locking

Hi there can anybody help me!
I have a stilo 80 estate JTD 2003.
Iv had problems locking the car with the key fob
(have to double click to lock)
now the Boot sensor warning is coming on while the engine is running,the boot lock keeps making noise's as if you are trying to open the boot by hand,when you go to the boot it opens sometime and then it wont open .
I haven't had the car very long .
(getting a bit fed up with this)

Take apart the tailgate handle that has the opening buttons on it and clean/ dry it out. It probably has water / rust / dirt inside it which is affecting the electrical circuits.
