Problem with speakers in Cinquecento

Hi all.

The problem is with the front speakers in my cinq.

When the stereo is about 1/4, they are fine, but any more, and they begin to crackle and make a horrible noise.

I played about with the stereo, and found that if I set the fader to full Front, they are perfect, but when the Fader is balanced, they start to crackle again.

Could it be that there is a dodgy connection on one of the rear speaker wires?

They are not connected, but i wondered if somewhere behind the dash, the wires might be dodgy?

Don't worry, all sorted.

I just had another play around with it, and I narrowed it down to the rear-left speaker wires. I've cut the wires, and when I get a chance, I'll run a couple of new cables to the back.
