i hear a sound coming from my O/S brake drum....

its when ever i use the brake...but also i hear a noise when the car is rolling/moving - as if something is loose in the drum, moving about...

not a grind, more a squeek but the drums and shoes have been replaced about 2 months ago and they were fine up until now

i go slow and i hear the squeek and the faster the car goes the fast the noise occurs too...

Very likely the brake shoe return spriong has detached. Happened to me after replacing the rear shoes too. The springs don't seem to spring back and just stretch and stay stretched so they fall out if they've gone too far.
Take the drum off and have a look

Like Brian said, take off the drum and see.
It could be the spring, or the dad is locked so it touches the drum

all sorted now - started the job earlier with my girlfriends dad (an ex-mechanic) and it was the spring
