Qubo Problem seeking

Does anyone have problems with their Anti-roll bar linkage having excessive play in it..... I have first MOT at the end of 2012 and it failed, just had 2nd MOT and it failed again on the same one on the nearside... Is it a common fault or have I been duped ?

Mines 2009 reg, no problems at all so far for m.o.t..........its third is due in June 2014..............and up to now its covered just over 20000. Perhaps you've just been unlucky, thats unless anyone else on here has had the same problem.
