Printer suggestions wanted

Well ive just come home from holiday and have a camera full of lovely pictures i want to print out , im looking at getting a printer but im not sure where to start , i want to print onto photo paper but dont want to pay loads for ink . My last printer HP i think it was cost about £30 per ink cartridge.

what are you recommendations ? i dont want to spend £100's but would like good value for money

I'd go for one you can refill yourself, or a ciss system

my printer i got it over 10 years ago
printed 1000s of sheets of paper and my ink bill is about 30 quid for past 5 years
i have non chipped cartridges
on an ip4000
