Technical Poxy rattle noise

Rite i've had this a long time now and its more annoying bcos i can hear it with my new exhaust [xx(] basically as i drive along i theres always something rattling and i have no idea wot it is seems 2 becoming from the middle 2 rear of the car and it only there when i drive and makes oit more over speed bumps i kno my bumpers loose but its not that any ideas?

is it the heat sheild for the cat i know that comes loose quite often have a look at it

Sounds like the bushes in your suspension.

I had this, it is where the rubber which acts as a membrane between metal2metal joins in the suspension wear away.

Get a garage to have a look over it if i wa u m8.

A rattling sounds likt the heatsheild for the CAT, rear suspension should be a knocking noise if its gone

cud b the heat sheild but i think not bcos i got welded back on less than a year ago snds like the suspension then it has dun 73k and amazingly did a run up to liverpool and back with a fully kicker install 2 complete PC's and change of clothes sleeping stuff etc think i was runing on bushes and 100c on the way up [8D]
